This is a developing service and can currently offer the following:
- Attendance at meetings/networking events – Availability to accompany client or to attend on behalf of client
- Admin/office development – add ad hoc typing jobs – filing blitz, setting up systems (manual, electronic), manuals created for training, inductions for client use, end of year support, reception/secretarial cover for absence (by prior arrangement only), information disposal unit – shredding of waste documents and control of paper mountain
- Text G. (IT, copy, letters, documents), text creation, finding of tools, research carried out, proof-reading, CV building, questionnaire compilation, evaluation sheets
- Marketing and promotional events undertaken – staffing of stands at events, product promotion
- Hands-on ‘in house’ training which is non-qualification – office procedure training, ICT training
- Office support – sourcing and setting up of premises and equipment, identification of staff
- Office trouble-shooting – problem solving, system control
- Virtual assistant – recruitment signposting, mobile manager, access to suit client (remote/static)
- Employer/employee support sessions – support provided for skills gaps in literacy and numeracy, confidence building
- Project innovator – making a difference, catalyst for making things happen, project development
- Book-keeping – introduction and ongoing support with basic book-keeping
- Consultant support – available for regular 1 day per week assignments i.e. 30 week contract
- Funding admin – support with writing of bids to achieve business goal, proof-reading and checking of written bids to ensure professional image, critical analysis, admin input to project
